Companies who want to claim the v.a.t. back, we have to charge the shipping costs extra. Please let us know and we let you know how to handle for these extra cost.

You can choose one of the two payment methods: Creditcard payment through Internet, SECURE ON LINE by PAYPAL or directly to our bankaccount.
Shipping Time
Most products are imported directly from the manufactures in the U.S.A., Germany and the U.K. Since we have a large amount of products for sale, and too keep the costs as low as possible, we do not always have our products in stock. Once a week, on Monday, we order the products with the various manufacturers.
Global Reach
Countries within the E.U.: products are mailed through T.N.T. mail/ World Pack Special, one of the leading mails companies in the world. Mail packages are handled with great care. Shipping time 2-5 business days. Countries outside the E.U.: Priority Mail will be used for orders of 200 euro + Shipping time 3-9 business days.

No Nonsense Guarantees. Satisfied customers are very important for us. Not satisfied? Return your order prepaid within 14 days and you will receive your payment back minus the shipping costs if: 1. Your return shipment had been authorized in advance. 2. We received the products unused, undamaged and in the original packing. NOTICE: Food, medicine and watertreatment products are excluded of repayment.
