Information

Here the Malzer Kanal branches off to the north. Together with the following Vosskanal it forms the connection to the Upper Havel Waterway, over which one can sail into the Mecklenburg and Rheinsberg waters.
The min. WT lies at MW around 1.8m. The TT is 1.6m as far as Zehdenick, and 1.4m north of there. The lowest DH is 4 m (north of the Vosswinkel lock 3.5m).
Unless further restricted by bank signs, the zHG on the Upper Havel waterway is 9 km/h.
