Description

The castle (16th century) of the Capogrosso family, belonged to a public park until 1939 and had various uses. In 1939 Ivan Meštrović bought the run-down estate and restored and extended it under the direction of architect Harold Bilinić. The Kastel with the church of Sv. Kriza is located on the shore. A little to the east, above the Uvala Jezinac is the art museum "Mestrovic Gallery". Both places are worth a visit.
