Information

In the tributaries of the Havel, the water depths are usually around 1 m. The waters are heavily weedy in summer. During cargo ship traffic on the Lower Havel waterway, the water depths in the tributaries can briefly rise or fall by up to 30 cm as a result of suction effects.
