Description

Veli Zaton in the south of Luka Zaton a deep into the land cutting narrow anchorage with 3 bay on the west shore. Veli Zaton is located in Uvala Ingalo and has a small harbour basin for local boats. The breakwater to the north has a water depth of 3-3.1m on the north side and 3.9m at the head and only 2.3m in the harbour itself. Anchoring is best in the very north of the bay, because the high mountains in the hinterland can cause gusts from north to southeast, often at night and in the morning.
