Description

Bar is "Port of Entry" It is the most important port in Montenegro, a large sea and ferry port with connections to Bari in Italy and a railway terminus. There is an AD Marina (WT 3-5m), in front of the industrial port and the OMC Marina, at the customs jetty in the northern part of the industrial port (WT4m). The OMC Marina has 300 places ashore and few places at the pontoons in the harbour (260-t Travellift) and these are almost all taken by local fixed berth sailors. The AD Marina in Bar, in front of the commercial harbour is actually the only place to moor without problems. +382 30 31 7786 and +382 (0)30 316 529. 900 berths on 3-6m water depth and 300 berths on land and service around the ship. The marina is centrally located in the city and the customs office is just behind the marina in the commercial harbour. With the historical old town, surrounded by orchards, olive groves and long beaches, Bar is also a tourist centre in the south of Montenegro.
