Description

Rukavac, in the southeast of the island Vis, is an old fishing village and today rather a holiday resort. The berths for yachts are here but rather limited to non-existent. At the jetty with 2,6m water depth at the head the tourist - and excursion boats are moored. In the western bay are moorings for the restaurant guests and east of the jetty also. 

There you can look for at most an anchorage in the southern corner before the peninsula - water depth at 8-12m.

On the small peninsula at Rt. Polivalo, e.g. along the shore and back through the middle of the peninsula.

From here you can take a boat trip to the "Green Grotto" (Zelena Spilja) on the island of Ravnik.

The only way to get there is by boat.
