Am CT fährt man am besten ausserhalb des Fahrwassers westlich der grünen Tonnen. Man muss auf die Kardinaltonnen achten. Diese bezeichnen die Buhnen, welche zusätzlich mit Spieren (in Form von Besenstielen) markiert sind. Man fährt auch dort auch nordgehend. Beim späteren Queren des Fahrwassers unbedingt die Strömung beachten.
