Information

Depths in the main channel from Vlissingen up to the Deurganckdok are maintained by dredging to 14.5m - LAT. The secondary channels and depths shown on this chart are subject to frequent change. The buoyage and other aids to navigation are adjusted accordingly. For the latest information see Notices to Mariners or consult the pilot authorities. Small craft and pleasure craft sailing upstream are urgently requested to use the channel parallel to the Drempel van Borssele marked with yellow buoys. Ask the "Radar Vlissingen" (VHF 21) for the latest depth. Traffic Regulations- Precautionary Area On the Westerschelde and approaches traffic regulations "Scheepvaartreglement Westerschelde 1990" are in force.
