Traffic separations: vessels proceeding NW must use the E channel, those proceeding SE the W channel. Max speed 10 kn on account of small craft moorings along the shores. Anchoring and stopping are prohibited in the approaches to, or fairways of, the channels. Instructions for crossing from one channel to the other. Fishing is permitted by day and night, by line from a harbour or the use of a fish trap; however at night a shaded light, which does not illuminate the sea surface at a distance greater than 4 m, must be used.
