From the approach buoy "P" you follow the directional bearing 072° in the  fired buoy way until you see the bridge on starboard side. The "Marina" is located directly on Bb side by the Old Lighthouse.

Berths

A simple floating jetty offers space for 13 yachts on 2.3m water depth. For mooring serve stern buoys at a generous distance from the jetty. 

In strong westerly winds with large swells, swell is to be expected in the harbor.

In the future, a yacht center is planned.   

Surroundings

In the immediate vicinity there is no supply. A supermarket (Maxima) is located in the southern part of the village on the left side of the road about 250m after the bridge

NV Land Guide

After 1870 the riverbed was deepened in the estuary, followed by the opening of the port. The consequence was settlement of industrial and craft enterprises. After the  Second World War a large fish processing factory gained importance.

In the meantime replaced by the beacon leading light, the rectangular masonry tower directly at the jetty was moved from its original location to the current site for reasons of space. It has not been in use since 1970. 

There is a memorial to seafarers and those interested in Orthodox churches will find it here with the Church of "Our Lady."
