Description

Rantzausminde is a very quietly located municipal marina in the west of Svendborg Sund, which is divided into two basins, each with its own access.

Navigation

The port can be approached day and night via the Svendborg Sund fairway.

Berths

The harbor is mostly occupied by local yachts,  However, guests are welcome. The water depth is 1.5 to 2m.

Surroundings

The harbor has hardly any supply facilities. In Rantzausminde there is a small yacht yard and a kiosk.

NV Land Guide

This small marina at the western exit of Svendborg Sound is not a particularly cozy harbor. The suburb in the southwest of Svendborg is characterized by modern bungalows and large villas. Large lawns surround the marina. From the spacious green areas you have an excellent view of the western sound.

A walk to Lehnkov Huse, the southernmost point of the island of Funen, is recommended. Here a small road leads directly along the water. There are good bus connections to Svendborg.
