Set up for permanent lorry crossing to Lynetten, the bridge remains closed on weekdays from 0700h to 1600h. During this period there are daily opening hours regulated by season::

  • January - February:
    1000h & 1400h
  • March - April, September - Oktober:
    1000h, 1200h & 1400h
  • May - August:
    0900h, 1000h, 1200h & 1400h
  • November - December:
    1000h, 1400h & 1600h

Outside the period from 0700h to 1600h the bridge is open for shipping on weekends/holidays.

Outside the time period at 07.00 16.00 the bridge will be open for navigation. On weekends and public holidays there is no curfew and the bridge will be open. It is not possible to have the bridge opened on weekdays outside the fixed opening times. Margretheholm's the bridge will be put into use on 29 June 2023. It is open - local times Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10.00 - 12.00 - 14.00 It is open every day fraom 16.00 to 7.00 the next morning. The bridge is open all weekends and public holidays from Friday at 4:00 p.m. to Monday morning at 7:00 a.m.
