Description

The only harbour on the small and attractive island of Formentera.

The marina offers all facilities: Water, electricity, ice and fuel are available. Showers, various repair services, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a laundry are all located in the harbour area. Formentera is an attractive island with surprisingly little car traffic and is well suited for bicycle excursions.

Navigation

The approach to the harbour from the north is straightforward. The lighthouse Isla de la Savina is a good landmark, and the entrance, open to the east, is also lit. Entry in strong winds from the north-west can however be difficult and sometimes dangerous.

Berths

Two marinas offer berths here, in high summer very high berthing fees and mostly fully booked.
Marina Formentera offers 64 berths up to 38 m (LOA), water depth here 3.5-2.5 m.

Marina Formentera Mar waits with 90 berths (up to 24 m LOA) with laid mooring lines, 4.5-2 m water depth.
