Description

The narrow, tide-dependent Old Harbour of Brunsbüttel is operated by the Brunsbüttel Sailing Association. Except for the Priel, which has approx. 0.5m of water at NW, the harbor is dry. The harbor tends to silt up.

Top sanitäre Anlagen, alles nagelneu. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hafenmeisterin. Fussläufig zu Restaurants, Bäcker, Kneipen. Ruhig und idyllisch bis auf die Motorengeräusche der Grossschifffahrt auf der Elbe. Achtung: teilweise extrem starke Seitenströmung direkt an der Mündung des engen Hafenpriels. Wichtig: unbedingt direkt entlang und in Flucht der Backbordpricken steuern, sonst sehr schnell Grundberührung!

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hafenmeister. Zwei gemütliche Grillplätze sind vorhanden. Sanitäralagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber ein Neubau ist in Sicht (2020).
