The approach to the fired harbour (F.R) is unproblematic. It takes place directly from the sound. One should be aware of the occasionally hard-setting north current, which swings northeast just under land in front of the harbour. You should therefore keep close to the eastern head of the pier to avoid being pushed onto the shallow water area north of the harbour entrance.

Berths

In the small, narrow harbour, guests will find limited berthing opportunities alongside the southern breakwater - or, by arrangement with the harbour master, on free spaces in the boxes. The fishermen's berth must be kept free. The water depth is about 2.5 m.

Surroundings

This harbour, which is very popular with local sailors, offers a few services as well as good supply facilities. However, the sanitary facilities are quite basic.

It is better to drive past this harbour, as it is too close to the busy coastal road. Unrest also brings the small passenger ferry "Marina", which departs regularly to Helsingør. The proximity of a ship's provision shop does not compensate for the noise and commotion.
