Attack via the buoyed fairway at 208° (2 Iso.R.4s) or from WP 443 at 258° to the lighted entrance. At night, the complicated lighting against the background of the illuminated city of Københavns requires great navigational care. Sailing is not allowed in the fairway between Svanemølle and Kalkbrænderi harbour.

Berths

You moor in the southern harbour on free spaces on floating pontoons with stern piles at approx. 2.5m water depth. Larger yachts can berth at the northern quay at 4.5m water depth.

Surroundings

All utilities in the center of Copenhagen. In Kalkbrænderi harbour there is unfortunately no longer the good service of the "Copenhagen Boot Center". Fuel can be bunkered in Tuborg harbour or Skudehavn.

NV Land Guide

This harbour facility is situated in an area originally characterised by industrial plants.  All facilities of the marina's sailing club are also available to guests.

The Kalkbrænderihafen is considered to be a particularly well thought-out facility as far as supply and sanitary facilities are concerned. There is not much left of the once much-vaunted shipyard service. This has given way to modern office buildings with multi-storey glass fronts. For those who still like the noise of the nearby construction sites on the walls of the harbour buildings, but for those who do not value the proximity to the city centre, Kalkbrænderihafen is an excellent choice. A suburban train station is located about 600 meters away (sights: see København).
