Description

The city harbor of Piran offers space for only a few yachts. You have to be lucky. The old town is all the more beautiful for it. In Piran is the customs. So if you want to leave the EU or arrive, you have to go to Piran. Our check-out went absolutely smoothly, the officials were nice and spoke English. The customs pier is just after the harbor entrance on the right side. It is easy to anchor off Piran in calm weather (or wind from the north or northeast), the bottom is muddy. Good holding ground.
