Due to extensive construction work and the associated restricted areas, access to Kopehagen from the north is only possible via Kronløbet. For this purpose, two signal points have been set up with traffic lights at the beginning and end of Kronløbet:

When larger commercial vessels (cruise ships, etc.) arrive/depart, pleasure craft are not permitted in Kronløbet. A traffic signal (warning light), consisting of three vertical, red flashing lights, is switched on at the two positions when recreational craft traffic is prohibited in Kronløbet&nbsp.

A south-side buoyed fairway has been set up in Kronløbet for recreational craft and must be used.
