The port city of Dunkirk is located not far from the border of Belgium. The western part of the port is forbidden to boaters, however there are also several basins in the eastern port, so one is the North Sea Yacht Club.

Navigation
The harbour is accessible all the time. In the outer harbour, there can be strong northerly winds. Care should be taken with merchant ships in the port of Dunkirk. When entering the port, it is important to contact Dunkirk VTS VHF 73 before sailing too much in the port.
Berths
There are 250 on pontoons for boaters, 50 spaces between them are for visitors. Mooring is done Catways on the floating pontoons.
