As Dieppe and the town on the sea that is closest to Paris, it is very popular with boaters in the capital. Dieppe is located roughly in the middle between Le Havre and Calais. The city is known for its castle from the year 1433, which is now a museum for the history of the city of art.

Access to the outports is possible at all times and is independent of the tides. However, it can be difficult when there are strong NW to NE winds. It is necessary to call VHF 12 on arrival and to keep to the traffic regulation signals.
Berths
There are 530 berths available, 410 of which are in the outer harbour, 50 in the Duquesne Basin and 70 in the Paris Basin, 50 of which are reserved for visitors. There are also 292 dry berths for motorboats that are shorter or exactly 7.40m. The reception takes place on pontoons number 8, 9 and 10.
