Information

The Altenplathower Altkanal is about Genthin (coming from the east) with great caution. He is max 1m deep, silty and has many unclean places, zHG 6 km/h.
In the direction of Genthin (coming from the west), the channel can be driven with 1.5 m water depth up to the jetty in the recess, supply possibilities in the place. Simple mooring possibilities in the side arm. At the west end the canal is narrowed by bank vegetation with DH of max. 1- 1.5 m. Coming from the east there is a jetty at the Inselhof.
