Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue is located not far from the north-eastern tip of the English Channel. The town is known for its fishing and yachting harbour and for the small island of Tatihou. On the southern Fort de la House and on the Ille de Tatihou there are historic fortifications. To the Tatihou there is amphibious bus taking visitors there.
The small town is a well known center for oyster farming. Situated in a lovely landscape you can enjoy both the convenience of a small town and be out in nature in just a small walk. In the town there are also bikes for rent to explore the stunning landscape.

Navigation
The Hougue tower, the Tatihou tower and the Hougue lighthouse can be used as landmarks.
Berths
There are 750 places, of which 80 are reserved for visitors. Access to the basin is possible from two hours before until three hours after Full Tide. The visitor pontoons have a length limit of between 11 and 14 metres.
Surroundings
There is video surveillance and a washing machine and dryer at the harbour office. There are many restaurants on the west side of the harbour.
