ACI Marina Jezera - Murter - Marina near Jezera

Description

The place Jezera is located in the bay of the same name on the southeastern side of the island of Murter. ACI Marina is located in the center of the place. On the northeastern side is the old town development with a grocery store. Here is also the pier of fishermen and local small boats. If there is a free place at the head, you can moor here and go shopping.

The church in Jezera was built in the 17th century on older ruins and still dominates the townscape. Fish restaurants, cafes and various stores are lined up around the harbor basin and form what is now the center of this lively little resort. Above the bay rises Mount Motar, on which the Illyrians built a defense tower to regulate shipping traffic.

The marina Jezera can be approached on both sides of the island Školjić, north is 7 m and south 15 m water depth. The red beacon (Blz.r. 5s 4sm 7m) at the end of the breakwater of the is an orientation aid at night when entering the ACI Marina Jezera. The marina has 212 berths and 40 pitches on land. A laundry, technical service and a sailing school on the premises.
