Café Kabyssen

On June 1, Café Kabyssen will reopen with new tenants and new delights. The plan is simple. We will fill the café to the brim with good vibes and delicious food. We can hardly wait to finally fill our plates with dishes made from regional ingredients.

We focus on vegetables. We do not want to just make food somehow, we use as many local and organic ingredients as possible and so we can serve every dish with a clear conscience. 

We have lunch. All dishes are homemade and based on seasonal vegetables. Therefore, our offer will vary. So come by and be surprised!

Coffee, cakes and refreshing drinks are available all day long. 

In addition, every Friday we open our doors for dinner. The dishes are naturally also based on regional, seasonal ingredients as well as Sofie's creative ideas. The menu changes weekly, so it's worth checking back often. We eat together at 18:15, as this way also guests arriving with the ferry at 17:25 to Strynø can participate. We start Friday, June 17 and continue throughout the summer.
