Description

In the sheltered bay - Zaljev Marina - between Rogoznica and Trogir is the small picturesque town marina. The port can be approached without problems, it is located  at the end of the bay.

In the marina you are located opposite the historic town, with a view of the fortified tower. The marina has 134 full-service berths, 70 shore berths and a 40t crane, there is also a laundry.

There are some restaurants and bars and a little Shop to buy useful things you need during  serviceing  your boat at the Marina.

At the Marina Place is also has a excellent technical service for boats. They can maintain/ fix almost everything at the boat.

The area around the village was inhabited during ancient times, ruins of the ancient city of Bausione have been found near the present village. In the 15.Jhd. fortifications were built in the whole coastal section to protect against the Turks. In the 16th century a castle was also built. Today, a gate decorated with a coat of arms and the defense tower are preserved. The fortified tower was converted into a hotel in 1970. In the place you can still find narrow streets with the stone houses and the place has preserved the flair of an old town.
