Note:

Sailing is prohibited in the commercial harbor. Vessels must sail only under power or in tow of a motor vessel.
Between the North Dyke and Quinette Lock, vessels must "keep North", sailing along the Bees Quay. Navigation south of an imaginary line from the western end of the Quai Roger Meunier to the middle of the passes is forbidden to pleasure craft.
Pleasure craft must not in any way interfere with the movements of commercial vessels and in particular, those of ferries.
Access to the inner basins is only permitted to vessels in a seaworthy condition.
