Vehicles that can pass without opening the bridge shall not request the opening. Vehicles requesting the opening of the bridge shall set flag N and give the sound signal long short.

With a long signal tone, the bridge keeper announces that the bridge is closed for passage despite the (contrary) light signal. The bascule bridge is no longer opened from wind force 8 Bft. If the passage is closed, a minimum distance of 100 metres must be kept from the bridge.

01.04. - 31.10. 06:15h - 22:15h every 15 min past the hour
01.11. - 31.03. 06:15h - 15:15hUhr every 15 min past the hour
An illuminated display on the bridge shows the time of the next opening.
